Based in Vancouver, Canada, Gabor Chocolate makes hand-made chocolates for serious chocolate lovers.
Our chocolate geodes and barks are made by blending fine chocolate with herbs, spices, and other ingredients both familiar and exotic.
Along with using some of the best chocolate products on the planet we also grow and dry our own spices, herbs, and fruits whenever possible. Our "Inside & Out" philosophy means that we consider our chocolates a complete experience for each of your 5 (or 6) senses.
Gabor Chocolate is run by Gabor and family, helping bring his 30 years of chocolate experience, passion, and humour to your palette. Gabor Chocolate brings pleasure inside and out.

CHOCOLATE GEODES
Our geodes offer a unique flavor experience: not quite a truffle, not quite a filled chocolate. Geodes really do embody our philosophy of "Inside & Out", offering flavors and aromas in 360 degrees.
Beneath is the entire run of our flavors as well as what will be available next.
We use homegrown and/or organic ingredients wherever possible for the purest flavor and every chocolate is made entirely by hand.

CHOCOLATE BARK
We custom blend our chocolate for each of our chocolate barks to bring out the best in the ingredients it contains.
Our ingredients are also blended right into the chocolate: ensuring every ingredient is sealed away, locking away the flavor, and making every bite a delicious reveal.
